Counselling Unit

In this unit, the qualified counsellor provides both counselling and psychotherapy to range of adults in developing greater self-awareness and managing specific problems by understanding and resolving the root cause of the issue. 

Educational Unit

In this unit, we run workshops on a wide range of topics such as anxiety, depression, mindfulness, stress management, anger management and social skills training. The aim of these workshops is to provide our clients with knowledge as well as practical skills  they can implement in their lives.
