Zainab is a Generalist Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Zainab has over 5 years experience providing assessments and therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Zainab completed a Bachelor of Psychology at Western Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Pychology at University of Wollongong. Zainab is proficient in speaking both English and Arabic (Lebanese and Iraqi dialect). Zainab uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy in her work. Zainab has a special interest working with anxiety, depression, panic, relationships, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Zainab is also highly skilled in administering and reporting on a range of psychometric and diagnostic assessments. Zainab works with clients who are referred through Medicare, Workcover/CTP, and International Health & Medical services.

Amanda is a dedicated and passionate general psychologist who has worked in private practice across her career. She is a Bilingual Arabic speaking clinician who has a considerable amount of experience in working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients and their families. She works holistically and is devoted to helping clients live proactive and value based lives. Her vision is to reach out to and promote mental-wellness through compassionate response, high quality consultancy and best practice.

Kaney is a young and vibrant receptionist who joined our team at the start of 2018. Kaney speaks English and Kurdish and highly enjoys communicating with our clients and creating a positive atmosphere. She values her role at Psychresponse and believes it has provided her with exposure to a variety of clients, this is particularly important as she is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology and endeavours to work in private practice as a psychologist in the future. She is passionate, determined and focused on providing a high quality service and ensuring that PsychResponse clients have their inquiries responded to.
